The five core actions
Action tiles offer combinations of five core actions: Urbanize, Industrialize, Develop, Contract, and Energize.
Urbanize places an urban building (residence, factory, or laboratory) into a city in your network. Industrialize places mines and turbines to produce resources. Develop acquires additional action tiles to expand your engine. Contract collects lucrative contract tiles. Energize powers your buildings for immediate rewards and end-game victory points. Each action tile shows one or two of these; playing the tile lets you resolve one or both.
Examples
Scenario. A tile shows Industrialize + Energize.

Common mistakes
- Trying to Urbanize in a city you have not yet connected to your network.
